Initially, Lilium will operate routes between a network of cities, enabling you to travel much faster than existing high-speed alternatives, at a comparable cost per trip. As we scale and technology advances, we’ll be able to expand our network across regions, connecting communities that don’t have access to high-speed travel today.
Urban, suburban and regional connectivity
Complimentary business lines
We plan to operate two business models. The first is the Lilium Network (B2C) where we sell tickets on Lilium’s own passenger networks which we build with our partners. The second is the Turnkey Enterprise Sales (B2B), where we plan to sell fleets of aircraft to corporations, governments and cargo companies.
A lighter footprint
Your flight will take off and land at Vertiports in our network, which in the U.S. are being built in collaboration with Tavistock and Ferrovial. Vertiports make a much smaller impact on the landscape and environment than traditional high-speed infrastructure such as freeways, airports with runways, and railroads. Vertiports are also more efficient to deploy. Compared to high-speed rail, for example, Vertiports are 10x quicker and 100x cheaper to build.
We are partnering
From manufacturing jets to constructing vertiports and training Lilium pilots, we have built partnerships with established industry leaders and local governments to help bring our vision to life.
